Professional Fees & Services
In order to provide exceptional personalized services, I do charge a small planning fee. This allows me to work for you, rather than the cruise lines, hotels, tour companies, and other travel suppliers. This fee includes a custom curated itinerary designed just for you, access to preferred suppliers, communication before, during, and after travel, assistance with travel documents, timely reminders, and so much more. Planning fees also allow me to take on less clients, meaning more time dedicated to making your travel experience seamless from beginning to end.
All trips start with a $100 planning fee. This will be billed after our initial consultation. This fee is non-refundable and is required to begin the planning process.
After the initial planning fee, I charge a modest booking fee which depends on the number of travelers, length, and complexity of the trip. Prices for booking different types of travel are listed below.

Cruise, Guided Tour, All-Inclusive Resort Starting at $100 per trip
Price includes any components packaged by cruise line, tour company or resort (i.e., flights, pre/post-cruise stays, transfers, shore excursions, etc.)

Air Booking, Hotel, Transfers, Tours/Shore Excursions Starting at $50 per item
When not included with a package, these individual components are billed a la carte. (hotel booking fee is applied per room, not per person.)

Itinerary Planning for Independent Travel Starting at $500 per trip
Prices vary depending on the length, location, and complexity of travel.
